Glycocyamine was in a whole host of supplements back when I first started lifting and supplementing, but it was largely removed after concerns of raised hemocysteine levels and the fact that it didnt' seem to confer greater/different benefits vs. creatine in practice.
EC (I get Bronkaid at Walgreens) - As mentioned before, I'm echoing. This has to be number one for legal fat-burners. Haven't found anything else close OTC.
Other Stims: Olympus Ignit3 looks good for appetite control and energy. If all you are looking for from the stim portion is appetite...
I usually split dosing personally, but I take 450-600mg of it per day. Although, a lot of Bacopa products come in 300mg pills @50%, which would be once a day unless you up the dosing or have a lower dosed product.
Definitely need to appreciate the dose-response curve with rhodiola, which can be highly individual. I'd say test it out at a few different doses and see how you feel. It probably wouldn't be my first go-to for sleep, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if you found a dose that helped you...
Definitely a staple for me. I'd shoot for at least 150mg bacosides as mentioned. It's not a miracle worker (especially acutely), but after 2-3 months time on it, especially if you are mindful (I keep a journal for this), you will note a difference.
Absolutely no need and could be counter-productive in my mind to use a GDA post-workout. Nothing is as good as exercise at specifically sensitizing muscle to the effects of insulin. Anything supplemental you do on top of that to sensitize anything but muscle specifically (which most GDA...
Have Defuse on hand. Definitely a solid go-to in these situations.
Yeah, EC makes me sweat as well. If I take EC with BRITE I cannot get out of bed without sweating. Loving the results of BRITE though, so a small price to pay.
Have to echo the above one more time. The body temp rise on this stuff is NUTS. I have had multiple weddings in recent weeks and have another this coming weekend. It's supposed to be hot/humid this weekend and I'll have to lay off BRITE for a day or two just to make it in a suit without...
Should be no problem at all taking it fasted. Are you working out after a full day fasted or just fasted in the AM?
BCAA's will be up to your preference. When I have IF'd, I usually work out around 6:00 PM and have a light whey shake around 4:30-5:00. An alternative would be to consume your...
Well, used BRITE this past week and through my weekend of binge eating and drinking. Definitely was sweating like a mad-man. A negative effect on body-comp seems to have prevented as well.
I see 3Z has magnesium and zinc, but not specifically ZMA. I personally doubt it is that. Perhaps the GABA. I get the EXACT effects you note (waking 1-2 hours into sleep, crazy vivid dreams) with L-dopa and GABA products.
I would suggest a melatonin and theanine combo to start. Then you...
Day 3 with BRITEand I'm already sweating like a mad-man. Did y'all notice it this quickly? My cardio session yesterday was extremely sweaty. Not sure if it's something else at this point or if the BRITE is kicking in this fast.
