    I go to my local natural food store and they have it in the bull section with their spices. It's like $7/lb and I just nabbed $6 worth yesterday. Local is nice cause you can just get a bit to try it and no shipping times means instant gratification!

    Cliffs: GAINZ!!! Seriously though: Muscle fullness, mild strength increase, increased appetite, good source of choline. Makes my pump from the gym last all day instead of fading in an hour.

    For me I also liked 2 caps of the phenylpiracetam. I found the noopept to help me focus, but it's more calming. 20-30 mgs. Stacks great with coffee, stims, or Focus XT.

    I don't have much advice but I hope you will update us after your imaging. I hurt my shoulder/rotator cuff beginning of August. Still sore and that's with ZERO benching or OH pressing. On the bright side my back has been getting a to of work! Prob going to the doc my self soon. Good luck

    Pretty good in cold ceareal with milk! Usually just dump a tablespoon or two in my mouth and wash it down. Tried chewing it up solo, but even though the taste is ok the sticking to my teeth part and coating my mouth kinda grossed me out.

    Ordering overseas

    Should be no problem on these, they are not even banned... Yet. Have heard of people ordering other ph/ds and they usually come just fine. Unless customs seizes them for themselves. Never tried it my myself though.
