Excellent article. I just wish 90% of the doctors or family physicians would get up to date with this. They all still preach to me to lay off the coconut oil and cheese etc. they say it will greatly increase m risk of heart problems! Nevermind my cholesterol being very low and no health markers...
Excellent point about the fish oil. I was just talking to some family members this Thanksgiving about that. There's a substantial amount of fat in those little bastards.
I think you nailed it man. I feel it not only jeopardizes you overall health to eat complete crap food on your BL's.

All fats and protein for me all day until I train around 5-6 pm and then it's open season on the carbs. I of course take in a lot of protein along with them.

I do too. That's very rare from my experience. I like to finish off my delt days with front raises holding a 45lb plate. For some reason, at least for me, I get a much better "feel" in the front delts as opposed to FR's with dumbbells or even a bar.
Looks like you guys are getting great results from IF/LG. I just started myself this past week on the 16/8 setup. I'm about 202-205 and 6' tall.
Probably 15% BF or so.
I will say, it does seem to really be a convenient schedule for my job and easy to work with.
Now I just have to adjust to not...
