    ok cheers , got the Nolva on the way ! do you think it would be better to use the p-MAG to bridge into a proper PCT or just start OTC PCT then add in nova when it comes ? (bearing in mind my epi cycle was only 3 weeks and the nova could take over 1 week )

    Thanks for quick reply ! I am just very confused as many on this forum originally suggested it wasn't necessary for a short epi cycle .There seem to be so many different opinions on epi.

    Tomorrow is my last day of my first PH Cycle. Epi ,30mg for first couple of days then 40mg for the rest of the cycle . It has only been a short 3 week cycle , with pretty decent results and very little sides except lethargy. I currently have an OTC PCT of ATD and DAA , I have Nolva on the way...

    Cheers for the info ! My epi cycle was just over 3 weeks (1 bottles worth) , i ran it 30 mg for the first 3 days and on the last day but a 40mg ED for the rest of the cycle. I did really enjoy it i wish i cold have kept it up for longer but due to lack of funds i had to just go straight into PCT...

    I mean a Tren Ph such as Trenavar ! and it is my second cycle , my first being a solo epi run ,which was really good(maybe a bit short) with the only real side effect being lethargy .

    yer lethargy was my main side effect on Epistane , stuck with it due to good gains but was constantly tired ! did sleep well though! is it well known that stano will combat this ?

    Have heard the best things about Torem as opposed to Nolva and Clomid , ideas on dosages after my cycle ? (or is that just being cheeky to ask?) Thanks of the info on Havoc , there must be a lot of mis-information out there on it then !
