    I'm looking for some type of app or program where I can input data from client results like weight, body fat, measurements, lifts, etc. and it will generate charts. I'd like to then export these charts to another document like microsoft word. Anyone have a good recommendation?

    Aromasin, but switching to arimidex soon just because I have it although I do prefer aromasin. On heavy aromatizing compounds I also will use letro sparingly. What's a micro dose of letro? .25mg?

    30 was optimal for me. 20 was good but at 30 I was pretty shocked at what this sarm could do.

    I wouldn't worry about going too far one way or the other. Just eat at maintenance or slightly above and watch yourself get lean. That's where RAD really shines for me. Keeping the same weight, maybe gaining a little but leaning out like crazy.

    Why is this? Lipids? I don't think I ever see aromasin prescribed over arimidex so it may be hard to convince a doctor to give you a script for that over adex.
