    Ok, thanks....figured that was the only way. I am going to mix the powder with a bit of my BCAA ....make it go down easier. LOL!! Hopefully at 1\2 cap I will be able to tolerate it. And at 1\2 cap my one bottle should last for a long time...

    True enough. Thanks for the feedback.:) I am going to slow route....keep cals as high as possible for as long as possible and only adding in more cardio when absolutely necessary. My thought is longer and slower so as not to eat into too much muscle and not to be starving. So: Weeks 1-4...
