    I am sure injectible is better but I did see some relief from capsule BPC 500mcg once a day for 2 months. My tennis elbow disappeared and my shoulder pain decreased while benching that I have had for years. I am going to try it again this time with 250mcg twice a day. I am really glad I tried it.
