Just finished one week of DAA and Anabeta; so far so good. Just got delivery of Erase so about to add that to the stack. Looking forward to seeing what that brings to the proceedings. Thinking 4-6 weeks on, then off the stuff for awhile.
I recently started taking Anabeta, but not Erase. Mistake? Or can I take Erase once I'm done with Anabeta?
Or, do I even need it at all? Also taking DAA, Hemavol, Creatine Nitrate, plus the other usual staples.
Thoughts? Thanks, guys.
Hey guys, I'm looking to put on a bit of size plus lose some body fat.
About to hit workouts harder and more frequently, with the help of:
Anabeta
DAA
BCAAs
Whey
Agmatine
Creatine Nitrate
Hemavol (as pwo)
Vitamin C
Fish oil
Do I have things covered? Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.
Is it pretty much yesterday's news at this point, or worthwhile? I'm looking for a T boost, but, at 42, I want to make sure I'm not compromising anything else, health wise. Is DAA ok to look at?
No disrespect taken, Stonecold. And Swollen: pics reflect some hard work, so whatever you're doing clearly works for you. Guess it's really true...every body is different and you have to experiment and find what's right. Thanks, everyone, for the continued inspiration.

Did the am workout today. Had Greek yogurt with some blueberries 30 mins beforehand, along with coffee, Xtend and 4 caps of creatine nitrate. Energy good as well as workout. Took ON's hydrobuilder when I finished. Hour later had 8 eggs (six of them whites), plus two pieces whole grain toast with...
Any fans or users of this program out there? I've been following it since the summer and love it, especially phase 2. I know it's good to change things up, so I'm thinking I should abandon it for awhile. Any thoughts?
Should I rework my whole routine to something else?
Hey guys, I want to try training in the early am, since I'm usually too beat after work. Do I need something in my stomach, or can I just drink some whey with some BCAA's? Full breakfast afterward? Any advice?
Thanks.
