This stuff is fantastic! Of the preworkout formulas currently available this is hands down the best! It's not my all time favorite but those are all long gone. Hopefully this one sticks around! I'll be ordering a few more tubs soon!
It's taken years of training to get my lifts up to that level. My best pull has been 725 once and 705 consistently.
Meso is great.... Hopefully it sticks around!
I ordered a tub and two training days down using it. Rocket pop tastes great and the focus and energy that come shortly after are awesome. Full scoop for me both times. Had a great moderate chest day stopping at 335 due to a shoulder issue but this **** had me wanting to push further. Today I...
I'm currently using (v2) cannibal ferox @ 3 scoops. I'd like to try this and I'd be happy to give my review
Looks like I didn't read far enough into the post... Congrats dudes
I'm planning to add a deadlift platform to my garage and am leaning towards building one but is there a benefit to buying a manufacturered one other than convenience? (the cost difference is quite substantial) I figure a couple sheets of 3/4" plywood and some 3/4" stall mat should do the trick.
I train calves twice a week on 3 different lifts standing Calf raise with a barbell 3x30+ seated Calf raise 4x30+ and leg press Calf raise 3 sets to failure + 10 sec rest and failure again each set. I've done this for about 6 months now and have gotten decent results.
I like the 5 percent pre kill it. It's lower on the stims and decent amount of everything else a pre should have. It's not my favorite but I do like it. Tastes good too
The fact that anyone actually cares about this (for or against) is ****ing stupid. Trannys exist get the **** over it and shut up. Let's have something worth reading instead. Planet fitness is garbage but not for this reason.
Haha it was rough initially but after a few months of training in that manner I won't say it's easy but it doesn't kill me. I recover very quickly. I'm good after a nights sleep usually. I eat quite a bit after a day of those 3.
The rest of that day was deads @ 585 10 triples and bench 5x5 @ 275.
I squat in some variation everyday plus a push and a pull @70-95 percent of my 1rm. I don't compete though other than against myself.
The partials @ 725 are quite a bit heavier than my back squat I when I back squat I do 3...
Anyone else do them? I get told I'm squatting wrong Hahaha or people being baffled by the ridiculous amounts of weight I use(according to them). But I feel they have really help progress my back squat rather quickly.
Yesterday I did 13 sets of doubles @725 and am very pleased with that.
