    The SD is overdosed in comparison to the Max in the first combo. He could run it at 1 a day. The 2nd combo looks better dosed to me.

    I would cut the halodrol. It's probably not gonna do you much good at that dosage anyway. There's probably no reason to run the Max at 70mg the first two weeks unless you're just assessing tolerance. Even then you'd probably know after the first week. Personally, I'd keep it steady at 75-100mg...

    I usually drink a gallon on milder compounds, 1 1/2 gallons minimum on SD. But everybody is different so you may do better on a gallon than I would.

    Are you recuperating any faster? Like others have said, you may need to give it more time to see the full results. The first thing I usually notice is that I start recuperating much faster between workouts, usually within 3-4 days of starting SD. The full blown strength gains usually come about...

    You'll be kicking yourself if you cut carbs on SD. It's a dry compound, drink a lot of water while on it.

    I've heard that it's challenging to even find avanar that is legit. Supposedly a lot of stuff labeled as avanar, is actually Dbol. I've never ordered any, so I don't know if it's true. That might explain a 20lb gain.
