    How does my cycle look?

I concur with GeekPoop. I personally didn't notice much with 50 when I ran it, but I had previously ran much stronger compounds so always better to start low! PCT looks a little overkill with the erase and clomid, I'd just take the clomid especially with a compound as mild h-drol. In PCT when I...

Should I dose Arachadonic Acid on off-days?

As for Jiigzz, I have been taking ARA for some time now, of multiple different brands. I always research what I take, and read up as much as I can on it. Thank you for your diplomatic answer. That's how reps are supposed to act! Props to you. Warbird on the other hand could take a lesson from...

Should I dose Arachadonic Acid on off-days?

Well if you can provide anything besides anecdotal evidence that it works when taking it only on workout days i.e. a study, than by all means do so. However I assume if you had one you would have already posted it, so how is that not broscience to only dose on workout days? /facepalm

Should I dose Arachadonic Acid on off-days?

Also, if ARA effects inflammatory response only taking it on workout days would seem pretty counter intuitive besides bro science. The only studies regarding it's effectiveness subjects have taken it for 50 days, everyday..not on workout days.

    Article: Keeping Your Shoulders Safe

“The cuff is a stabilizer, and direct work is not necessary to maintain shoulder health.” Immediately made me disregard most of what this man has to think or say.

    New guy, no supps yet?

Staples my man, like everyone else is suggesting. Doesn't really matter what brand just get yourself some protein, creatine, bcaa's, maybe a preworkout. General health supplements are always good too if you feel like spending the money, or are lacking in a healthy diet - fish oil, multi-vitamin...

Any point taking an ATP supplement?

Taking just straight ATP no, Creatine absolutely. I'm also interested in TAA (Triacetyladenosine), but am still learning the science behind how/if it helps replenish ATP.

Should I dose Arachadonic Acid on off-days?

Yes. You should still take ARA on off days. The same number of x-gels on off days, 4.

    Nootropic Noob. Help me out!

What were you thinking of using nootropic wise? I have experimented with quite a few. I wouldn't really call it a nootropic necessarily but taking 25 mg of pregnenolone a day definitely gives a mood boost, and clearer thought. I've tried piracetam as well, I didn't notice too much from it even...

Article: Do Ice Baths Reduce Soreness?

Anyone and everyone. People waste such a crazy amount of time everyday watching tv or doing nothing. 10 minutes prehab before a workout, and 10 minutes of stretching post workout, followed by a 5-10 minute ice bath isn't exactly sucking up lots of time. I'll tell you what does though, injuries.

    Injury dilemma!

I think if you really work on mobility and soft tissue work your injuries will begin to go away. Get a foam roller, tennis ball, racquet ball and get after it! Also cissus quadrangularis, joint force, antaneus labs Achilles are all good joint supplements to take. As always though, train around...

Article: Do Ice Baths Reduce Soreness?

In my opinion ice baths are great for any athlete or regular gym goer. If you are beating your body up in the gym, even with mobility work and SMR you need recovery. Icing and ice baths are such a good way to reduce inflammation, it's amazing. Miserable, yes. If my knee's, elbows, shoulders or...
