    Day 1. 5am. Just downed 8oz of Eng Extreme mixed with 6gm of Creatine Monohydrate from Jarrow Formulas. Got 4gm of bcaa from Anabol Natutals mixed in 32oz of water with a tbsp of tang (lol) . Let's do some legs and whatever comes to mind. Should be in the gym in about 30 min

    I usually just drink some coffee mid day as I workout at 5am in the morning. Usually by 3pm I'm a bit tired anyway. Aren't we supposed to cycle on and off 1,3? I usually go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off

    Surprised to the no replies to the legend. His hyper growth system which is on Facebook has good insight and unique lifts. A lot of scapula retraction. I like his overhead shoulder raises that hit the middle and rear delts hard without having the need to use heavy weight.

    My bicep routine is simple and to the point. Give it a try if you'd like. Wide grip straight bb curls supersetted with narrow thumbless grip reverse curls on a cambered bar. No break between switching exercises...10-15 reps 30 sec rest between sets. 4-5 sets. Great for high/med reps...

    Anyone here love strong coffee? Death Wish coffee stands around 600mg of caffeine I think for a 16-20cup of joe. The stuff is like lightning, but I can't drink it all the time.

    I just picked up this book. It's amazing...reading about the history of physical culture and diet. Anyone here a fan of Randy Roach? He also has a podcast called the world of muscle.
