  1. Protein mix

Another vote for myprotein. The chocolate flavors seem to get the best revi
  2. Sleep aids

This is spot on. Getting your stress under control by lifestyle change trumps all. It sounds dumb but keeping a log of things you are grateful for and feel blessed to have will do a lot to de stress you and relieve anxiety. Also do agree with the KSM-66, it truly does live up to the hype
  3. GDA for carb cycling

Just throwing this out there ( and I could be way off) but could a GDA possibly be counterproductive on a carb cycling diet? I only say this because the higher carb days would increase leptin and a GDA could maybe negate that. Or would the whole leptin thing not be an issue since there are...
  4. Modafinil (Modalert) - First impressions

^ thanks for the info. I've kind of read mixed reviews on adrafinil so I was on the fence about ordering any. Appreciate the input
  5. Modafinil (Modalert) - First impressions

I was just looking into adrafinil. I know dexaprine is STRONG stuff, have you tried the adrafinil solo? If so how is it by itself?
  6. Ashwagandha (Ksm-66) & Rhodiola Rosea

I take rhodiola and ashwaganda first thing in the morning, then ashwaganda again midday. Ashwaganda can interfere with some people's sleep if taken too close to bedtime IIRC
  7. Food for a ketogenic diet

^ Google oopsie bread. I've never tried it, but it could be an option.... It looks good at least
  8. New Routine/Program Suggestions

First time I've heard of this. Looks interesting I think I may have to try this. Thanks for posting
  9. Debate: Gluten

Next time you here someone talking about being gluten free or asking if something has gluten in it. Just ask them "what is gluten" the majority of the time (at least when I've done it) they have no idea, and they have no real idea why it's to be avoided
  10. Diet Critique

Also, I know red potatoes, if you let them cool after cooking, even if re-heated contain a good amount of resistant starch ( which is quite beneficial)
  11. HIIT cardio on stairs

Try sprinting up the stairs then walk down, then repeat that would be hiit. You probably won't want to do that on your break unless you can get a shower in before you go back. But what you're doing is still cardio at least
  12. 5 htp with or without b6

Cool. Thanks man. I've been avoiding taking the two together due to fear of it converting too soon
  13. 5 htp with or without b6

^ I thought b6 was a cofactor in the metabolism of 5-htp to serotonin
  14. adding MASS to genetically challenged muscle groups

Thanks I'll try wrapping higher. About to head in now I'll give it a shot
  15. adding MASS to genetically challenged muscle groups

Just below the knee. I have also tried it before wrapped at the upper thigh as soon as I finished quads.... But I was so ready to get the wraps off I didn't make it long into calves haha. You know how painful/ almost panic feeling occlusion training gets you. But just below the knee seems to work
  16. adding MASS to genetically challenged muscle groups

the only thing that my calves have grown with is DC style training. I want to see if consistently doing occlusion training for my calves produces any good results (had good luck with other bodyparts) but, especially for calves that is super painful. For Shoulders Id have to agree with Register...
  17. 5 htp with or without b6

With the goal of increasing serotonin in the brain, would it be better to avoid taking b6 with 5htp? The thinking being that the 5htp would convert to serotonin before it can reach the brain, and not be able to cross the bbb if taken with b6.
  18. Best NooTropic?

Yeah phenibut doesn't necessarily have to be taken as a sleep aid, although it's commonly used for that. If you are going to use it in the day time take it on a completely empty stomach and wait a good amount of time before eating after you have taken it. Also pair it with some caffeine...
  19. Chronic fatigue

Have you tried any adaptogens? Rhodiola, ashwaganda could be helpful
  20. Who here has experience with GABOB? Aka. 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid
