    I'm with gymrat on this. It's not advised. I did it for my first cycle, but I did a good week of research before taking it. LMG is safer. It worked pretty well for me. Make sure to get an AI for your cycle though, I hear it aromatizes pretty bad.

    Definately. You don't need to train for 2 hours. If you want mass then train about 45 minutes. Try not to go over that. And dont do cardio in the same work out as lifting. Do cardio 20-30 minutes max, on separate days from lifting. Cardio will keep you from gaining size if you do too much
