It's not necessarily broscience, but a lot of people believe that more protein = more gains and chide you for not eating 200-300g of protein a day when you're not on a cycle.
If you hate it, try scaling back the seasonings and using only black pepper + chives or something.
Basically, if you would add it to egg whites you could add it to cottage cheese.

"the more intense the cycle, the more intense the PCT"
However, some people use blast/cruise regimes where during a blast they will be at 500+mg/week of testosterone and for months at a time during a cruise they will be at 100-250mg of testosterone.

It's more about the way you think about it. Most people think of cottage cheese as sweet-tasting, but if you think of it as an egg white (flavor-wise) you can do a lot more with it.
It's even better if you combine it with cold salmon cuts.
Cutting, in a natty bodybuilding setting, is essentially a biohack since you have to maintain your protein/carb levels at a level that essentially tricks your body into holding on to muscle.
