I haven't tried any extract yet, I was looking at the swanson 80:1 and another brand's 20:1, but the 20:1 doesnt specify the % of actives. I was looking for it to increase endurance.
Quercetin alone has very poor bioavailability, a cocrystal gives it a major boost in solubility and bioavailability by making the 2 molecules interact (bond) via intermolecular bonds. You won't get the same results by taking the 2 molecules seperately.
That's not a fallacy when youre the one talking about a small dosage, be clearer in what you mean lol. When people KNOW the dosage, yet dont we see people OD on energy drinks which we KNOW the dosage?
Again, the dose makes the poison. The same argument can be made about all research chemicals...
I mean who buys caffeine powder without owning a scale, also labels clearly indicate it is dangerous....but I know your hate towards label warnings.
Also your last statement makes no sense "who OD'd on incredibly small doses of caffeine powder." So people who take tabs wouldn't OD on the same...
Sns cant really suggest you to use it since it's expired...but I probably would use it personally. A few questions
-How long has it been expired?
-How was it stored-humidity, sunlight,etc?
If kept in good conditions, still sealed, I would try it for sure!
@sns8778 Hey man, so any news on that anayclus product and cistanche too?
Also, any plan to add an absorption enhancer to the cistanche? Like the BLR androgin
