    I would use some type of oral, or the first 4-6 weeks gonna be long and boring dose is fine I always suggest HCG. stop it 4 days prior to pct if you decide to use it. better safe than sorry pct clomid 50/25/25/25 OR nolva 40/20/20/20 not both Ai just use whatever is cheapest...

    with the longer esters, I use 3x a week. MWF usually. Orals I usually take all prior to lifting ~2 hours
