To answer the original question, peotoprois better in my opinion. It's not necessarily better than EAA in terms of protein synthesis ( my preferred route), but it does seem to reduce fat mass better in some studies.
Vitamin c: the more active you are, the more you will need for synthesis of collagen , immune support, inhibition of peroxynitrite formation, etc.

This stuff is legit. I am getting great recomp results, and I think that the combination of this, Topmuscle, and occlusion training are having a synergistic effect.
I have used the new version as well. It dires faster, smells better, and the hardness that I get from it is just as good as the original even when I wake up the next morning.
