    Shoulder and cutting

Crashes do not cause arthritis. Wear and tear causes arthritis.

Pain, bruise and a strange feeling on forearm

Does it hurt worse when supinating or pronating the forearm? Neutral grip makes it better?

    Shoulder and cutting

AC arthritis and labrum tears are the outcome of an unstable humeral head. If the head of the arm bone (humerus) isn't properly centrated during movement and loading, it may jam into the AC joint or forward into humeral anterior glide. The most common causes are scapular- and rotator cuff...

Pain, bruise and a strange feeling on forearm

Could also mention that median nerve entrapment beneath the pronator muscle is typically indicated by shooting or radiative pain in the area where you describe it

Pain, bruise and a strange feeling on forearm

Your explanation is pretty vague, but I think my best potential explanation is median nerve entrapment beneath the peronator teres muscle. Could be because it's overworekd and tight, could be because it's weak and tight. Try training the pronator and also the supinator muscles aswell as doing...

    Supination and IT Band Issues

Very common, and stems from the hip. I'm sure your lower back is somewhat stiff as well. When the pelvis goes into posterior rotation, the femurs are rotated out and also the hip goes into hyper extension. This not only causes foot supination, but also tremendous tension on the IT band. Fix...

    Nagging issue/forearm into bicep

What movements perpetuates the pain? Exact spot of pain? If it's a come and go pain, could be the radial nerve that's entrapped beneath the supinator muscle. Would be a radiative or shooting type of pain, normally.

Squats and dreads after disc injury

I work daily with this kind of issues. Most likely your pelvic alignment is off, which puts the discs at great faulty compression. Strengthen the lowermost lumbosacral erectors. Learn to hip hinge whilst maintaining a slight anterior tilt of the pelvis (read: pelvis, not thoracolumbar junction.)

    Too much arm work?

500 squat 400 DL? Something sounds off about that.

    form check

Bench not too bad, better than before. A bit exaggerated bar path as mentioned above. Work on getting better abdominal pressure, leg and back drive. Also tuck was a bit much IMO. Squat, hardly looks like deload. Looks like you don't have proper control on the way down, could be mobility could...

    Elbow pain/tendonitis

Try strengthening the supinator and pronator muscles. Also the extensors of the forearm, especially the extensor Carpi ulnaris and digitorum

Brachioradialis pain due to heavy DB chest workout?

Look for triggerpoints in the forearm extensors, flexors and biceps. Also look for restrictions in pronation vs supination. This could give you an idea of what muscle is over worked and possibly causing the elbow pain. Likely a muscle isn't firing correctly - an example of personal experience...

    Sudden Insane Muscle Atrophy

Mate. Get an MRI to rule out herniated disks. I really think this sounds like TRIANGULAR INTERVAL SYNDROME. The tricep (radial nerve) and axilar nerve may impinge by the teres major, minor and long tricep head. This, when the subscap is not properly holding the humeral head (arm bone) in the...

Arachidonic Acid: When Inflammation Is Good

I've noticed first hand how LACK of inflammation really ****s up your gains. I was taking lots of antioxidants, and the lack of free radicals inhibited my recovery. Free radicals lead to proper inflammation, which in turn lead to proper recovery. Imbalance of either of these will cause problems...

    Sweating...

Hey man. I don't know if this is different when using AAS, but usually this is a sign of burnt out adrenal glands and thyroid dysfunction. I started getting it BIG TIME after working shifts for a few months, and never really been much of a sweater. Changing my sleep habits and getting enough...

    Chest Workouts after Shoulder Injury

Mate your inbox is full. Here's my answer to your PM Lol dude... No pressing until the subscap is stronger. When subscap is weak, the big muscles (which are also ALL internal rotators) WILL pull the armbone out of socket, potentially ripping labrums and all kinds of ****. Stick to leg...

    Chest Workouts after Shoulder Injury

Weird. That's well and fine for strengthening of serratus and supraspinatus (which ARE important too). But does nothing for the lateral and medial rotation.
