Yea I took it at like 4 hours ago and I still feel pretty pumped up. Veining out everywhere. I just know that some people take citruline malate in the morning and before bed at least. Idk about the agmatine tho.
I built my own pre-workout I used 300mg of caffeine, 1g agmatine, 6-7g of citruline malatate. It went great! Good pump and energy and pretty cheap.
I was wondering if I should also dose the citruline malatate and agmatine post workout to keep my pump going? If so should I use them both or...
I'm on the end stretch of my cutting phase before summer starts and was wondering about using some Fat burners to get the very last of my body fat gone and harden up. What fat burners have you guys seen good results with if any? I was looking at maybe PES alphamine.
I've been cutting down on BF for the last month and a half. I went from 210-215 to about 202-205 now. I've cut out all my sugar just about and have been eating a pretty clean diet. Now to my question... Does it matter how many high glycemic carbs I take in as long as I'm not eating junk...
No keeping calories high isn't a problem. I can eat as much as I want about as often I as I want but most of it is junk. I'm been cleaning up my diet for the past month though and lean out a little
Haha yep, so will the protein that contains the amino acids be enough or would it be better to supplement the amino acids by themselves before or during workout?
How important do you guys think BCAA's are? Are they a "must have" and should they be taken religiously every workout and off days like protein and Creatine? And if my protein powder (like almost every protein powder) says it contains all the primary amino acids should I bother supplementing...
Mines weak too. Weighted crunches on the machine as well, every other day. I've been bulking and it's a cold ass winter in Missouri so I figured why work on something. No ones gonna see. Haha. But it's time to start taking it a little more seriously.
Hey guys. I need to figure out a decent Ab routine. I'm starting to clean up my diet from bulking. Not quite cutting yet, just kinda cutting down on carbs, sugar, and watching what I eat more....Anyways, any ideas? What do you guys do?
Just turned 20. Started weight training really seriously my junior year of highschool. Wrestled and played soccer in highschool, was a 2 time state qualifier in wrestling.
Been lifting seriously about 3-4 years
Wrestled 160. Weigh 210 now lol
I know it's kind of a hard topic to get answers too. Since everyone's different. This summer I was lifting about 4-5 times a week...once school started. I started bulking up I went from 195 to around 210 now. I've been lifting 6-7 days a week since school started. I'm doing a strength based...
I guess that's true. But I'm wondering more if that two day split between training muscle groups is enough or if I should just take a day to do nothing.... What do you guys do?
