    Never heard of this but I am curious. I had elbow impingement release surgery last week and in the healing process now. Still feeling some tingling in my fingers but better after the procedure.

    Yes. Turns out I have an impingement of a nerve in my elbow . Using a compression sleeve and a lot of ice bags. Had to lay off upper body workouts for a while . Get it checked out by an MD.
