    Well said. Bloodwork is definitely the only true way to tell. It's sad how few people use sarms, ph's, AAS without ever getting Bloodwork.

    Just started wicked supplements epic gainz, 350mg of 97% Epicatechin per serving. I've noticed increased endurance and recovery, nothing too crazy though. I do like taking it because of the absorption matrix it has in my opinion drastically increases the absorption of other supplements.

    Supplements that have made difference for me: -rhodiola -methyl folate -fulvic acid -forskolin 95 -lecithin granules (PA, PS, choline) -transdermal reservatol/curcumin/5a-hydroxy laxogenin -citrulline malate There's many more, but most of those are staples for me.

    For PCT you need a serm (Clomid, Torem, Nolva), I'd also recommend a test booster when you come off.
