Sorry if you feel offended by my message. I’m not cherry picking but being tested negative doesn’t mean you have natural immunity. Myself I’ve been in close contact with confirmed covid positive people and tested negative several times.
Does it mean I have natural immunity? No.
Would I have my...
No it just says you have enough antibodies at the time you do the test. This is why Switzerland limit the validity of the pass only 3 months after the serology test.
Recovery from Covid gives you a pass for
6months only. T least here in Europe. In Switzerland you can have the pass after this 6 months if you show up a serology test proofing your immunity. But the serology has to be repeated every 3 months. I don’t know about Israel.
Right but if someone wants to fight to have his natural immunity from previous infection to
be recognized then he has to proof to whoever it concerns that he has actually a naturally immunity and not just based on a previous infection.
Those taking Lysine, ate you avoiding Pre-workouts with Citruline/Arginine? If not don’t see the point of adding Lysine if you have already Arginine in excess.
You got Covid last year if remember right. Do you still have some immunity left? Did you do a serology test? If not saying you ate naturally immune now is pure speculation.
When then the vaccin came out they said it was protecting from hospitalization /death in 95% of cases. Now it seems it’s down to 70% or so. Therefore more vaccinated you have more vaccinated death. ou will have among the 30% mo responder. Flu vaccin has a protection of 50% if I’m not mistaken...

I’m okay with capsules also as long as there is no fillers and I...
I appreciate that. Honestly if it’s much more expensive than a mixture of alanine and glutamine It’s not worth it in my opinion. And I think it will be. Ive never seen any product with more than 750mg of it and it seems the right dose is above 3g.
This is the reason I tried Magnesium Bisglycinate but anything above 150mg magnesium element on an empty stomach and I have mild GI issues. On the other hand I’m okay with 400mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate. But everybody is different.
