I'm confused by this natty bridge you talk about. Wouldn't a natty bridge imply that your pct you use non-hormonal compounds all the way until your next hormonal supplement cycle? If you took 4 weeks off, it wouldn't really be a bridge? Just looking for a little enlightenment. Ha. -

Well, as the title states this is kind of a never ending log. Ha. I have come to the realization that I am never going to be satisfied with my results and will always want more. Another thing to keep in mind op. Yes, hdrol or epistane would be fine for a max of 6 weeks. Definitely wouldn't recommend 8 unless you just don't give a **** about the health of your internal organs. Lol. Might not be able to see them, but they are there. Anyways, the problem with those two... -

455 was my old max. I did 8 reps of 405 last week and still probably had a grinder left if i wanted to. So 500 might be pushing it, but nothing a big scoop of mesomorph and a nice crowd to watch won't fix!! Ha! -

Where are you at right now, and where do you expect to be? If you still have a few months to cut, you should be able to get pretty lean without the need for all of the extra garbage. Granted you're already in somewhat decent shape and already have your diet in check. -

Pumps that become painful?
The only thing I do hate is afterwards when you can't even flex the muscle without it cramping. That gets a bit annoying. Ha -

I like painful pumps! Ha. After some heavy squats I'll do some unilateral leg presses at a 12 rep max, but do a rest pause to 18. Then immediately run over to the leg extension and do the same..
