Yeah I ran it the first time along with some dermacrine. It's like a more moderate version of UR Spray. Good way to get leaner. I did this this time to see how the Ursa-bolic worked with it. Should be even better.
When I did my last log of the ultra epi and Dermacrine I had some problems with my right shoulder.
Consequently, the strength gains weren't as good as they usually are.
What's amazing is they have not went down. Idk if this is kicking in faster than usual or what but I like it.
If you have a...
The only I time had actual lumps Nolvadex worked for getting rid of them. I could come off then but Transdermal resveratrol may help also. I would at least give resveratrol applied directly to the area a shot.
To be honest I just like to keep track of my workouts by logging. With that said this still should be interesting.
I will be logging the XPG Ursa-Gel and Ursa-bolic without any other gear except my trt which is 100 mgs every 5 days.
Along with that I'm taking some oral pregnenolone and dhea...
I laugh reacted at first but if you're talking about that extreme hard, grainy contest look yeah that takes time. I've just done 7 weeks but there is a recomp effect even with that.
I voted third party the last two elections. Trump won by a landslide in my state anyway. I will be voting for Trump this time. He's better on the border and the neocons don't like him because he isn't a warmonger. Just hope they don't JFK him.
I didn't do a review at the end of this because of the struggle with my right shoulder messing it up some.
I just wanted to post and say the Iconic formulations products are great. I've run the ultra epi a couple times and it's probably the best epi I have used. The Dermacrine I definitely will...
I did the last 2.5 pumps of Dermacrine yesterday. Still had a nice workout today so it helped me do as planned.
Nautilus chest, tris and biceps:
Cybex plate loaded chest press:

165 X 5
175 X 5

I have some Ursa-Gel on hand and plan on combining this with it. Two pumps of Ursa-Gel in the am and one of these later. On my late night workout days I will be taking a second cap with my pre-workout. Ursolic acid enhances pumps quite well.
I still got 3 pumps of the dermacrine and epi for this workout yesterday. I got a few drops of epi this morning and the regular 3 pumps of the dermacrine. Anyway, this is the last workout with full dose.
Even tho I had some snags because of Shoulder issues this was still pretty good.
A 2 bottle...
I'm probably going to log this Ursa-Gel and Ursa-bolic experiment on here. I will only be doing TRT, oral resveratrol, oral pregnenolone and dhea with it.
I did the leg day that I missed yesterday after work. Didn't really have rough work day when I missed last week just felt kinda crappy that day.
No taper on the three pumps yet. Guess I still on for delts and back tomorrow we'll see.
Pretty good leg day:
Snap fitness leg day:
Matrix leg press...
When I did that it was every other week. This was the only way for me to get the big numbers on the single lift. I don't even care about that now and use the cool Matrix leg press. They do have a squat & bench division in powerlifting now and national records would have been cool but I don't...
Since I did my favorite workout today and I'm close to the end of this one I did 4 pumps of the dermacrine and epi. It was also the day of my trt injection so that helped.
It's kinda weird that I started doing the 5 X 5 on the chest press right at the end but it went well. I probably have one...
Yeah. Leg day is like that. It's tough action but the rewards are great. All those core muscles are used in many other movements.
One of the things that makes it worse for me is the amount type 2 muscle fibers in my legs. Getting them to break PRs or even grow takes some volume training.
