Update the genny started making my stomach upset, so I cut back to once a day. The good news is I had a great leg workout heavy squats, leg presses and leg extentions pain free. If I start to feel pain I'll try twice a day again.
No joint pain, Genoflex is the real deal. I expect some muscle soreness, which I haven't experienced in a while since I was able to use heavier weights. Hopefully the squat machine will be repaired by the time leg day comes around again. Looking forward to moving into free weight squats...

I'll be doing legs tomorrow, the squat machine I usually use is broken and hacks squats will have to do. Haven't done free weight squats in years, because of the surgery. The knee pain and being nervous has kept me from attempting to try an do them. I hope to eventually get it done with the help...

Update, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical in the morning and 30 HIIT on the treadmill this evening and didn't feel any pain. Also had a slight pain in my right elbow from tricep work that seems to have disappeared. Squat day will be the will be the true test, this is the first time I'm looking...
