    Lol I applied 25 sprays twice a day. TBH the staining is pretty bad. I’d apply in the shower to avoid overspray, but then the shower needed to be washed. This new iteration of Apex Alchemy’s Epichaos 100 makes using TDs easy.

    No joke, this dispenser is especially accurate and reliable. Not to mention the new carrier goes on easy and dries quickly. I use a lot of TDs, but the new pump and carrier has removed all the frustrations associated with applying TDs.

    I used PNs E Spray at 233mg, but @wfreiling inspired me to give 400mg a go. Also, I invested in 6 more bottles. I 100% agree. This carrier and airless dispenser make application an ease.

    No difficulty falling sleep. However I have been waking up earlier than normal. With that said I do take OTC sleep aid to ensure my sleep is deep.
