Oh man I love the pump after a good refeed. Also nothing better for setting PRs than a big ol' night of carbs and salt. Friday night sushi buffets always used to make for awesome DL sessions on Saturday.

585 is still a decent rack pull, especially from so low an elevation. Don't stress your weight too much, you'll get there.

2lb a day is obscene. You're probably right - that won't likely last much longer, but it's definitely a great start.

I friggin' love that feeling. I remember the first time I tried AT2 and couldn't figure out why my palms and feets just wouldn't stay dry...

Intense volume, man. Especially with those Snatch-grip block deads tacked in with your accessory lifts.

Nice. Pulled convo for years, but switched to sumo after an injury so my freakishly-long torso could stay more upright. Still can't pull as much as I used to, but gettin' there.

Curious, as another tall lifter, what stance do you use when you pull?

In the same boat, Swanson - 6'4", 290ish. Not 30%, but definitely got my work cut out for me. Can't wait to see what DCP does to jump start your contest prep.
