Yeah, get her a T7 test from the doc and then you'll know what her thyroid is doing. If she is low maybe she can get some T4. T4 is the fastest way to lose weight IME. It's just as effective as T3, and far more forgiving.- DR.D

Yes, we were speculating that perhaps omega-3s can precipitate palpitations or foster latent arrhythmias based on it's estrogenic properties. Your experience seems to testify to that possibility too. As for Coconut oil, even the current Wiki article admits that Lauric acid raises HDL better...- DR.D

Yes, you make some good points, HIT4ME. I have used almost all the available SSRIs before but never felt threatened with SS. Luvox was probably the best and cleanest, but some of them like Celexa seemed to promote Agranulocytosis almost as bad and as rapidly as M1T! I've honestly never...- DR.D

You sound like you're flirting with SS, but you haven't crossed the line quite yet. I'm sorry if you already mentioned it and I didn't see, but what SSRI are you taking? Some are more prone to cause SS that others, but it's not common. Lithium is very serotonergic though, so I'd guess cutting...- DR.D

Cyproheptadine or Yohimbine are the only 2 things I've found that consistently overcome anorgasmia. It's not a cure though, just a situational fix. -
Heart palpitations
I've used many dopaminergics theraputically. They can be useful when one needs to suppress lactation (which I pray you never have the need to do.) But stuff like Cab is rough on heart valves and could be contributing to the palps, and it dang sure can promote orthostaic hypotension/morning...- DR.D

I'd say that's close to the max I'd be comfortable using daily, and I'd only take that much chronically under certain conditions with concurrent use of Th1 boosters to attenuate the deliterious effects on immunity. I take about that much too, but only on the weekends, then skip omega-3s and 6's...- DR.D
