I'm taking super 1, super 4 and super epi and just got done with week 2. Haven't felt any back pumps. It's user dependent but it is a side effect from oral anabolics. -

I'm doing 330mg for the 1 and 4 andro. 500mg for the epi. Might just keep it at that dosage for the entire 8 week cycle. Unless the epi is too good not to increase.
