That would kind of explain the results and why I felt so awesome without all the androgenic side effects. I would argue that osta might be partially suppressive but wouldn't stop recovery during pct cause the pct would outweigh the suppression. Does anyone know how people feel after pct with... -

I ran both s4 and osta so its not quite over for me yet. Maybe one or the other might work, I won't know until further testing occurs being that I might just have a damaged hpta. Im still hopeful. -

Yes its almost non existent. It means one of two things: Either one or both of the two compounds are suppressive, or I cant come back - I permanently damaged my hpta. Ya the serum test is 15 as in almost none, all my hormones seem close to nonexistent. The "low" is what the paper actually says, I wrote the whole line. If I have the same ratio of free test as I did with my last draw I'd that'd mean I have > 1 ng/ml. -

When you say salad does it have legumes or any other kinda veggie other than lettuce? Spinach or kale? Any nuts, cheese, fruit, what kind of dressing? I was thinking about doing the bulletproof diet because paleo sounds good but there's a number of things I like to eat...- smash1904
