    It does take a month even though they claim about two weeks. Their domestic warehouse is always out of stock on multiple items. You might be able to find a few things depending on what you need. I would imagine domestic would be faster but I haven’t tried it since I wanted more of a one stop shop.

    I smoke weed before every gym sesh. I didn’t in the past, but now that I’ve been doing it that way for about a year, I can’t imagine going without. The way you feel by the time your workout is done... it’s a great feeling. But I just lift for hobby, no contests or shows for me.
