I dont think an over the counter supplement is what he is going to need for lactate and gyno, sorry Id go the safe route then the cheap and easy way out which prolly wont end up working, your pretty much comparing tylenol to oxycontin for pain with what your saying using an OTC for gyno/prolact -

Your 6"1 and 160lbs and going to do a cycle? Id work on your diet before you get into steroids, Also how old are you, whats your diet like etc... Just because you take steroids don't expect gains if you cant gain without them you cant gain with them if your diet isnt in check. -

So because your test levels are low you wanna jump on a cycle ? not a smart Idea I'd first work on getting your test levels back to normal then worry about a cycle. Also a 20 week cycle is not a great Idea, Test is usually ran around 10-14 weeks max for an average user around 500-750mg a week... -

Ive seen great gains on ph's, some gains bigger then what people have gotten from a test cycle. Dunno where you got the info from of thinking a ph isnt a big thing. It's a steroid as well just oral and harder to keep your gains is all. Nothing much to it. -

blood pressure on cycle
My blood pressure is usually around 128/60-132/65 varies, happens while on cycle, maybe get some hawthorne to help with a bit, or some CoQ10, Whichever you decide throw some fish oils as well. -

No need to extend the nolva for 5 weeks, 4 weeks is enough start your testopro 2 weeks into pct. Throw in the inhibit e after your completed with the pct, Everything else looks great. Throw the liver assist in everyday during pct, Just 4 hours after your last dose of nolva.
