  1. Tight muscles with no relief

He doesn't show immense stress, but as a business owner I'm sure it's there. I also think it got worse after quitting smoking which may have been a stress reliever for him before.
  2. Tight muscles with no relief

LMNT is an electrolyte drink that is heavier on sodium. I'll have him try upping magnesium instead.
  3. Home gym sled training surface question

If I just use a cheaper carpet that is short and use a carpet glue you think that will hold up?
  4. What are some of the best current stim-free fat burners?

I found 2 caps to work really well which is 600 mcg of T2 with some other things as well. That with Carnitine and Yohimbine got me really lean.
  5. What are some of the best current stim-free fat burners?

Vicious Labs The Cleaver (T2) was good! But I don't know if it will come back.

When this thing explodes someone needs to pick up a sick car and put this plate on it.
  7. Stocks

    That makes sense.
  8. Stocks

Right, but how many more and how does AMC get those shares off the market? The stock will run with more excitement again, then with FOMO buying, but for the squeeze to happen I think they need to get the synthetic shares fixed.

Ok based on AA's tweet I was right that 256 million is a share count of votes BUT I was wrong that the number doesn't include people who didn't vote which who knows how many those are above the 513 million legal shares.

I jumped on the AMC wagon in May so I don't have the same amount of research. It can squeeze even based on my math so I'm not saying it won't, that's the only reason I'm invested. I just want honest info which I think both sides are throwing out lies at this point. How I read that screenshot...

265 million votes right? Not 265 million voters? So 265 million votes would be 265 million shares. So if you take a market cap of about $20 billion currently divided by 265 million shares that should be $75 per share which we clearly aren't there. If this math is correct this is the first time I...

The whole secondary price thing doesn't make sense. What would stop other hedge funds from doing it in reverse and buying shares for $45 then going in the dark pools and selling them for thousands? Not every hedge fund/brokerage/big money investor is going to work together.

Pure Rawz seems to be out of almost everything. Any idea why? Is there another good source for SERMS in tablet or capsule form?
  14. Amp up thyroid?

I really do like 7-keto as well. I've had success with T2 at 600 mcg for 8 weeks. A nice fat burner product with T2 that I liked from VL was good too. They still have it. I'm interested in hearing other opinions as well.
  15. Amp up thyroid?

NOW Sports Thyroid Energy is a really cheap staple to throw in there for the basics. Then beyond that I do like Forskolin, I think more Ashwagandha has science backing it, and eventually T2.
  16. Anyone ever try Viagra and yohimbe stack?

Start low with yohimbe, a couple mg, and work your way up. I've overdone it before and had bad anxiety like mentioned above.
  17. Unanswered Everlywell Tests

Did you ever try out these tests? I just came across them and found the metabolism test intriguing to me. It tests cortisol, tsh, and free test for $49 which seemed like a great deal.
  18. Metabolic Adaptation

Yes, I totally understand why I've gained weight during this. A combo of slightly less effective exercise/lifting and more garbage food. It just seemed as though the wild swings in calorie count in either direction would've yielded more weight loss or weight gain. But your math makes sense too...
  19. Metabolic Adaptation

Thank you so much for this reply. This is very detailed, and great information. I appreciate it.
  20. Metabolic Adaptation

It seems like my body adapts quickly to the amount of calories I eat, and I have a very strong "set point". I'm 6'5 and about 220 lbs. In February I started cutting and got down to about 214 lbs after 2 full months of eating clean food, adequate protein, and averaging around 1900 calories a day...
