    Elaborate on that first line. Never stated EA was good for building muscle. Increasing the hardness (ie. density) of a muscle and pronouncing vascularity has nothing to do with anabolism. Glad we both know our hormones. /thread.

    If you re-read what I wrote, I said it increases the hardness of muscle tissue by pulling in water and glycogen. Increased muscle density has nothing to due with specifically building muscle, which I never even stated. Was there anything else you disagreed with in post?

    Works very nicely at 3 - 5 caps per day for 8 - 12wks, especially like it stacked it Epi-Andro and clen to get lean. The suppression I've experienced is never any more than 200ng/dl drop from baseline.. I wouldn't run a serm for it, a bit over kill imho, a simple otc mild ai will work just fine...

    I prefer taking all my pct prods and cycle support prior to bed. I tend to notice improved sleep quality from it. As for your next cycle, I recommend at least the time you spent on cycle + pct to = time off. Ie 4wk cycle + 4wk pct = min 8wks off prior to beginning next cycle.

    Other than the tapering of nolva, it's perfect. I wouldn't taper the tamoxifen down near the end of your PCT. Let it do it's job and run it 20mg for 4wks, no more no less.
