Most people in my opinion whether natural or enhanced could really benefit from lowering their cortisol.

Nah, it’s not confusing! Seems like you have your diet pretty dialed in. Just some minor tweaks depending on your goals.
Cardarine is also good for the lipids.
My thoughts for calories is that maybe you need to average your caloric intake and output over a 7 day period. Then increase or decrease the calories as needed (like maybe higher carb days when you spare and lower carb days when you only do arms).

Hmm...that’s interesting! Usually with me it makes me vomit very violently and then feel hypo. Never had problems with bowel movements on the regular.

What dose did you run it again? And what do you foresee the probleM being? Underdosed, poor carrier, too large of a molecule to be in a transdermal product?
I know it’s all just speculation but I’ve seen people get good results with TD trestolone. Just wondering how the superdrol compares.
