    Thoughts on urolithin B

Has anyone tried stacking with leucine, HMB, etc? The researchers of the previously cited study mention this in their patent application. Also, check out their recommendations for cycle length...3-6 months if I’m reading correctly. Invalid Link Removed

Alternative to Test Due to low kidney function (SERM?)

If your nephrologist told you this, then get a new doc immediately. If just your GP, then he’s wrong but not surprising. The reason your eGFR went down (Edit: went UP)* after stopping creatine use is that you are making less creatinine. Creatinine is a by product of creatine phosphate...

    Thoughts on urolithin B

This is a good point. I am cautiously optimistic about Uro-B and will be watching this closely. BTW, sorry if my first response came across combative. That was not my intent. I can completely empathize with sleep deprived posting ;-)

    Thoughts on urolithin B

I’d disagree slightly. SERMs are not AIs. SERMs Selectively Modulate some ERs and not others. Meaning, they attach to the ER and in some case don’t have much action (breast tissue) but in others do (bone cells.) They work in BC patients by essentially competing at the ER with Estrogens so the...

Uh Oh - HMB No Workie In Us?

“In their discussion of the differential effects on body fat, the authors do yet rightly point out that the discrepancies, e.g. one study in judo athletes showing sign. reductions in body fat mass while no change was observed in a sample of collegiate football players, could be a result of the...

Pro IGF-1 log Hi Tech Pharm

7 posts on just this product nonetheless. And, he appears out of nowhere to join our happy throng on 22 OCT 2017 right as the initial hype turns pessimistic. The timing is uncanny if he indeed has no ulterior motive.

High protein and reduced kidney function

What's you blood pressure like? How about blood sugar? High BP and/or high blood sugar are much more harmful to the kidneys the level of protein you are eating.

Small guy looking to gain weight

Agreed on the different approach to the workout. I personally am drawn to programs like the Starting Strength family, 5x5, 5/3/1 etc.

Small guy looking to gain weight

As mentioned on other thread. More calories. If you want to gain muscle and not a little fat at the same time it's incredibly, incredibly hard especially with your frame and metabolism. Don't worry about a little fat because far easier to lose fat than gain muscle. Take a look at this fun video...

    Hi-Tech Pharma: Pro IGF-1 Blood Tests @ 20mcg/day

Insulin requires a degree of precision. IMO, while this delivery technology may allow for these molecules to be absorbed orally, unless they can precisely deliver consistent, measurable dosages I think it far to risky. Additionally, Insulin (unlike IGF-1) is readily available and affordable...

    Good stack for competitive runner?

I'd add for natural, look into a HBCD drink on race day (before for sure and during if race rules allow you to.) Easier on the GI track than Gatorade. For "other" if you want the good stuff get some Erythropoietin... ;-) (kidding of course DO NOT do this!)
