Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Back at it today with a DE lower sess. It's been a hell of a ride this past month. A lot of changes, but the future is looking better than ever. I'm going to be making a program shift here shortly. I'm leaning towards 5/3/1, being that, a decent amount of volume would be in my best interest...

He's Catching up with the Kardashians

I don't believe that one persons rights supersedes another's. If we are truly working towards an improved society, all three issues should be addressed.

He's Catching up with the Kardashians

It is, generally, the nature of the older generation to be averse to change. This is no different than the civil rights movement. The younger generation is more willing to accept a person without regard to race, gender, or sexual orientation. And you're right on with your previous post. It has...

He's Catching up with the Kardashians

How does being lesbian or gay harm others? That's ridiculous. Obviously you don't agree with what Bruce has done, but are you seriously equating it to being a drug addict, pedophile, or murderer?

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

For the foreseeable future, yes. There's just no way I can settle for lifting heavy at this gym. I'm super salty right now, so I'm going to stay positive. I'm going to take this as a temporary opportunity to keep dropping BF, become a man-dime, and work on some hypertrophy. Before you know it...

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

I know. Once you train at a real gym you will never go back. I will pay an absurd amount, or drive a long way to train at a real gym. I was so spoiled at my old gym. Edit: some Y's are better than others as well. This was a Y/LA Fitness type hybrid.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

All moved into my apartment in Indianapolis. I have had a hell of a time finding a place to train. Luckily, the only gym in Indianapolis that has a monolift is 20 min away. Unfortunately, I had an appointment to speak with the owner yesterday at 2:30 and he never showed up nor called me back...
