    Brachioradialis Strain

About 1.5 months ago I tore both my brachialis muscles Grade2 interstitial tear and ruptured tendons. Not full tears so I escaped surgery. I wouldn't recommend taking time off but definitely a deload week. Keep blood flow going to the tendons but no real stress. BPC157 and TB500 can help but...

    Glute Nerve/muscle issues post injection

If ibuprofen is helping it's probably inflammation, if it isn't red and hot then not much to be concerned about. Bad sticks happen sometimes, it's best to continue to keep moving the body part as normal and working out with it. that will keep blood flow going to the damaged tissue.

Recommend me a stack - Mass Gaining

I'll defer to others about the supplement stack but, as you seem to have found out, low carb diets are not good for bodybuilding. Carbs will put glycogen and water into your muscles fueling them and making them look better (fuller). Also they do not make you fat, excess calories are what makes...

    50 and consistent

Metabolol and Metabolol 2 - those were my favorites. I remember saving enough money to get Cybergenics, went to GNC and the guy behind the counter said "it's 140 but I'll give it to you for 110 if you don't need a receipt" I was like heck yea. I wonder now if the dude actually worked there...

    epiandrosterone and HDL levels

I got you beat on the join date :) I did a 9week run of epiA at the turn of the year with a ramp up starting at 300 all the way up to 900 per day. My LDL was raised slightly but it was still in the "good" range, HDLs didnt seem to be affected. I was on a statin at the time so that might have...

    50 and consistent

Great to see you here! Lots of guys your (our) age on the board with tons of knowledge. Glad to see you got cleaned up and back in the gym it really is the best therapy. You talking about Flex magazine takes me back, I was a big fan of M&F until MM2k came out in the 90's. Wasn't no youtube or...

    What’s Next for Michael Krizo?

Very well written. I think there is one element that people overlook sometimes and that is momentum. In such a subjective sport like bodybuilding winners sometimes win because they won before. Even a one point seperation can be tough to overcome just simply because at face value it was a loss...

An easy place to get bloodwork

Comes with a device you attach to your arm and it pulls capillary blood. They provide a heating pouch to really warm up the area first. Totally pain free and the vial on mine filled in less than a minute. Prepaid envelope to fed ex it back.

What was the name of the EAS protein, back in the early 2000's, that had HMB with the protein base?

I don't remember that but i do remember Phosphagain it was protein with creatine mixed in.

An easy place to get bloodwork

Yea but have you seen the prices? Just a simple men's hormone panel runs over $100. I was going to LabCorp and paying over 300 to get all the markers I wanted. That's a bit rich for my blood (pun intended). With this a person can get the markers they need and it's cheap enough to run regularly.

Collagen peptides, are they useful or a marketing term?

Completely understood and I don't disagree with you. There may be a benefit in taking collagen supplements even with enough protein I just don't see data backing that up....on the other side there is no data saying it is of no benefit. I've actually been using collagen supplements recently as...

An easy place to get bloodwork

We all know how important bloodwork is for so many reasons while on PEDs, PCT, seeing if those test boosters are working, or just wanting info on markers like lipids. The cost of getting these tests done can be stupid expensive though, I've spent over $300 at private labs, and insurance will...

Collagen peptides, are they useful or a marketing term?

It's called a peptide because it isn't a complete protein so they can't market as a collagen protein supplement. I'm still unclear if they are needed if a person is taking adequate amounts of protein; studies I've found were around if they actually did anything for connective tissue health and...

    Creatine + HMB vs. Creatine?

If you still have links to those studies can you post them, I'd like to check em out just for curiosity's sake. This convo did spark my interest in going down the rabbit hole with studies again; reading through studies was so much more fun a long time ago. Most I found that were on trained...

    Creatine + HMB vs. Creatine?

Not really following here. I think I agreed with a good part of your post, my statement on the old studies was just to point out that there have been some out there - do those apply to the current applicability discussed here....again I agree with you that's one reason why I didn't bother...

Thinking of switching from TRT injection to gel, but have some concerns…

I think you are more in the monitor range than the worry and take action range. You could increase your shot frequency also which may get you at more stable blood levels. You could easily do daily subq injections with the dose you are at. From what I hear the gels are less than ideal.

Will BPC -157 and TB 500 work forchronic tendonitis?

The peptides won't inhibit your training but your injury may. I'd look more at getting the injury healed. I'm guessing by conservative therapy you were working with a physical therapist. If that failed I highly doubt peptides will do better but it is worth a shot if you want to put the time...

Will BPC -157 and TB 500 work forchronic tendonitis?

I'd start at the 250mcg twice a day for a couple weeks then raise it to 750mcg twice a day for BPC. TB 500 start at 500mcg per day and titrate up to 1000mcg over a couple of weeks. if you use a blended vial base dosage off the BPC, TB 500 might be a little high but titrate up over a couple...
