    My twin bro says exactly the same thing and pins shoulders etc but gets pip where you can’t lift as well I always just pin glutes, even if I were a lard arse I’d use a mirror or something coz pip in glute is easier to deal with than pinning muscle groups you wanna work out with.

    That is similar to sdrol but think it’s called mdrol it’s the same compound that I’ve ran in maxdrol hd and triple x, I gained good with it just like a mild sdrol(gained around 10lb)

    Yeah German pharma Is sh1t as Is hitech pharma! These are big companies too...ive Found in my research the sarm companies that offer sarm in droppers seem to be more legit than tablets or capsules, id buy raw and make my own droppers if I was good at maths :)

    thanks id never bridge with rad or yk11 again it was the first time I tried sarms and the gains don’t justify the money spent imo, I go gym every morning before 5am my diet is clean but with Rad u might aswell use testosterone for way better results and yk11 I don’t even know if that did...
