Much like many of the people in the forum. I have several disc issues. I had multiple shots and finally ablation. You will learn to work inside of the limitations. It’s hard at first but you will figure it out.
I’ve bought most of my equipment on Facebook marketplace place for cheap. This can get you some quality stuff sometimes. You just have to watch what you buy.

As someone 50+ I would agree it is hard to restart. I had to do it after 3 years of surgeries and being on a cane. It is not impossible. It’s a choice and if taken slow and steady you can get back to where you want to be. The key is not to rush it.
This is spot on. A lot of pain comes from the nerves in other parts of the body. Chances are it could be based in your lower back. An ortho would be bale to help a lot.
