    Ford speranza ecklonia cava is 98.8 % pure and 300 mg per caps. As you said the one from swanson is also 98.8 % pure but it's a 25:1 extract yielding 15% of polyphenols and phlorotannins. I have not seen any source for the extract you claim to have in your product so we'll have to trust you on...

    I've been using therootofthematter rhodiola , it's also a 3/1 extract but it is very potent, at least it was for me. I'm not sure all 3/1 extracts are equal in terms of quality.

    Gaia herbs is a good brand, they carry a 5 % rosavins extract. It would be interesting to compare it to an extract high in salidrosides such as the one mentioned. Usually extracts are standardized to both rosavins and salidrosides.

    I saw swanson carry a 98 % extract but you would also need to eat a decent amount of capsules, there's also ford speranza . Seanol and whole spectrum are more dubious in terms of quality.
