    I think just overall feeling better helps in that department but I don’t look at to get dramatic muscle and strength gains from it. AE is my go to for that!

    I’ve done a few separate 8-12 week runs on AE. I haven’t had any issues with my stomach from it and I used to have a very sensitive stomach when I was younger. Overall AE is my favourite supp to use. My muscles just feel so nice and full all day with it!

    So I’ve now taken it for 2 1/2 days and both nights I had a vivid sex dream. I do have them occasionally but I don’t remember the last time that I had the good dreams 2 nights in a row! lol
