Awesome to see BEAM getting a lot of exposure here lately. Great company making a great vegan product.
  2. In the Mail ....

Not even a dent in Rockets "room of supplements" :)
  3. Expired: still potent?

There is no problem without compounds 10+ years old and well beyond if stored properly. Expirations are required by the FDA but mean zero. This has been covered in other topics.

Never heard of them. Interested to hear your feedback.
  6. How do you guys bring up lagging body parts?

I personally don't believe in working just one said bodypart to try and bring it up to snuff. Your whole body works as one. Obviously you want to hit your muscle groups being said. I would incorporate more full body and compound lifts and your entire body will respond. My personal favorite are...
  7. Who Quit Caffeine: Why & How?

I don't like more than 150mg in pre's and the like. I can easily go without it as well. To me it's only there to help other compounds and not be a staple of itself. Try some panax ginseng or the like as a sub.

Found the opposite for me. To me this is a great Vegan flavoring and can be quite strong but not overpowering. I actually have to dillute mine a bit more as I usually use almond milk with it and add a touch of extra water.

You guys who received the BEAM samples are in for a treat with the Vegan Blueberry when you get to it.
  10. Laxogenin

It’s not a builder as many hype it up as, good for recovery and joints.
  11. Best supplement review site?

You have to take this place with a grain of salt to with all the reps just to be truthful here. There are some great neutral logs and reviews though and some very transparent reps and companies who welcome all feedback.

Ketogenics makes a great protein powder. Very light and no bloat.
  14. Gyms closed in Los Angels

Push ups, pull ups, squats are your friend for home training and high volume. You can use dumbells for squat variations, just not the traditional back squat per-se if you don't have a barbell. Tons of programs out there for bodyweight and calisthenics.
  15. In the Mail ....

Used to back in the day but I was getting far too many things I wasn't interested in or had too many of already. I think they are good for guys who want to try everything or are new to training. Really though once you know what your personal needs are for supplements there's not a lot of reason...
  16. The day after...

I wouldn't worry about it. Likely you'll eat less the next day anyway just from all the calories and have plenty of glycogen restored. Believe it or not several people even pro lifters claim ice cream before bed helps them with recovery and growing with little to no fat gain. They probably...
  17. The New Product Release Thread

Hopefully you get a chance to review these. The mocha would be interesting to hear on. Plenty of standard chocolates out there so nothing new on that front.
  18. The Unofficial Ice Cream thread

We'll be looking for the Bob's Dream review but you have to impartial :)
  19. In the Mail ....

There's a couple of others out there similar to their degree of quality and profile but agree they have a stout formula but really pricey.
