    From my understanding of DIM is that it doesn't lower estrogen it's just gets rid of the bad estrogen.

    I have tried UR spray at 50 sprays a day didn't see anything, I heard it's better at 100 sprays a day. And I saw some ok results with the old hydra head six at double the dose. I avoid transdermals now because I have little kids. But I am going to try the new myosynergy when it comes out.

    Plus a-bolic4 is really pricey, if it worked it would be worth it. I think Dante said he was taking 4 caps a day. And the recommended dose on the bottle was 2 caps a day. Now this was the old bottle of a-bolic4. The newer bottles have double the doses. But I took 4 caps cause that's what he said...

    Black stone labs Super DMZ had both I don't remember the dose exactly, it was 20mg of msten and not sure how much DMZ but it was only recommended for 4 weeks.
