Aren’t a good amount of the studies on BCAAs with subjects that are forced to fast for 12-18 hrs? I think I remember reading that in the methods for some of them
Yeah melanotan-2 has the “side effect” of making your libido go crazy lol. Some people take it just for that... I’ve used it for tanning purposes. But deff works for the other....
I know all about the research on casein before bed. The problem is if I drink a shake right before bed I have a horrible nights sleep and usually have to use the restroom once or twice. So I stopped that deal many years ago and I’m better off for it.
I do get plenty of casein in my diet since...
Honestly when it comes to whey vs casein, for me it comes down to mix-ability and whether or not my stomach can handle it every single day. Casein just takes too much liquid to solubilize vs whey and is usually twice the price. So while casein can be very beneficial and better than whey I don’t...
Anyway not trying to start a big argument. I just tend to go with semantics over syntactics. But honestly attacking someone’s argument because of their age or their perceived age (since you have no idea how old I am) is rather petty and beneath any reasonable person trying to be taken seriously.

The second part is you telling someone what to do. The first part is you saying it isn’t harmful. But you’re right I guess living in the real world and making over 350k a year has been pretty tough for me LOL.
I’ve used this before. I’ve always found benefit and noticed physical changes with these types of products. I also enjoyed their M-stak product which has similar ingredients if I recall correctly.
Oh well I just remembered that BCAAs (valine specifically) may be beneficial intraworkout due to competing with tryptophan for entry into the cns and therefore possibly decreasing fatigue during exercise.

I don’t hold the belief that I need to consume anything amino acid wise during a workout when I have a high protein meal an hour prior and already have a steady flow via digestion
But I mean, why take an EAA product when you can just consume a whole food complete protein source. BCAAs are advantageous because you can increases the leucine content but what’s the point of the other amino acids when they are plentiful already in your diet?
But that’s because it is likely viral lol. If you had a kid come in with a verified bacterial infection you would give antibiotics...
But regardless. I feel your pain. Praise baby Jesus that I don’t see patients anymore lol
You could do 0.8 TestE once a week and TestP 0.3 EOD or 3x per week and that would get you about 450-500 Test Per week. But it would be more than 500 TestE because the Prop ester is smaller so you get more test from that source. So yeah you can do a descent cycle with that.
