    New smut log😮

Well that was an eating challenge, and honestly... just a bad decision. LOL I made the mistake of having way to many pork rinds at once when I was in keto, and had the same experience. I am sure nowhere near the amount of fat you got. Of course the high fat content shut your sphincter going into...

    Building Back Up

Sweet, I hope she crushes it. Make sure to get the VIP pass or whatever it is at Disney, people were waiting hours in lines that we got to wait 15 minutes in. Made us able to experience much more because we only had one day there. Congrats on the new low!!! Kind of interesting to me that...

    Slicin' and Dicin'

First you do have a beautiful wife, and she just earned a new subscriber, if nothing else to increase her likes, and visibility. I am definitely not farming. LOL I had an answer typed up regarding the CNS stuff but Hyde did an excellent job of stating what I was going to. Way to get the work...

KLEEN LIVING - A log about Life, Training, and Nutrition.

I was bored last night and went out into the garage, hit the medial delt, and triceps work I missed the day before. I got a pretty decent pump, but left stuff in the tank since today is my Push day. I am going to get my session in a little earlier, today is the last day my MIL is here. I think...

Oh hell yeah! I am here for this! You are going to be one strong AND aesthetic mofo at 198! Hell yeah! Kill it man! I know you have this, you have made all of your current progress through hardship, you know how to do it, and as Dory says...

GP’s Old Man With A Plan Log

Yeah they get the glute ham tie in in a way I haven't felt before since you have to push forward more to get the lock out and it is probably a little less lower back intensive than a real good morning but is more than enough to stimulate it. Fun to toss on 6-12 plates and give it some hell!!!

Yeah, i feel like he somehow got my collar bone to reseat itself more the last two sessions which gave me the confidence to push a bit more on the things that already seemed okay. It is not as clicky, and the bump where it meets my sternum is less pronounced now. I think the table drop...

Sounds like an excellent plan! No hot bath or anything likely needed.

That is where I am now, I think I am probably good to make 20lb jumps until 225, as long as things keep responding the way they are. After that it might slow down a little, or overall volume will drop even if the weights continue to climb at a decent rate. I am trying to get rid of the fear...

    Building Back Up

All am saying is that it is so much easier to maintain momentum than recreate it. Not only physically but psychologically. It was far easier to stick to my competition diet than it is now just trying to talk myself into starting a cut. I mean I was on a very strict diet for 10 months with very...

GP’s Old Man With A Plan Log

I am not sure if you remember, but that is the machine i kept singing the praises of for doing a good morning like movement that i felt really brought the glute work and lower back work during my build up for my contest. The ability to push forward while doing it allows massive loading and makes...

    Hyde’s Strength Odyssey

Stoked you seem to be going into this one pretty healthy, things have improved a lot and you can push harder during the meet than the practice since you aren't trying to ensure you make it to a meet like you have had to do in training. Here comes a string of PR's!

    Segansational's Motivation Log

Nice session, and as far as the possible job change, you have got to do what is best for you and your family. If you left for a better opportunity and not an issue with your previous employer and now you have an option to improve your station again by going back, then give it some hell. Of...

KLEEN LIVING - A log about Life, Training, and Nutrition.

Yeah, it is pretty wild that in our little group we have so many long lasting and good relationships. It shouldn't be wild, but it is. Had a good pull session last night. General Warm Up 15-20 minutes general activity including TRX Complex, core and glute work. Specific Warm Up - Lat...

KLEEN LIVING - A log about Life, Training, and Nutrition.

It is so true, and people who find that person that helps to balance them out, so together they strengthen each other where the others have weakness. Those are the best relationships that I have seen. All of that to say... We are some lucky men here in our little group.

Agreed, there is something to the whole opposites attract, and I think a lot of it is the balance that it offers. Like I mentioned yesterday I think. My wife keeps me pointed in the right direction and prods me supportively when needed. I empathize with her, and help keep her from going over the...
