I do/let scapula move as much as possable at any and every point they can unless Im gettin into the 5 reps or less range.
The results in the back work are great as you can see.
It's the same kinda thing you do with the band and ghr, but instead of keepin the spine stiff and tight it should be allowed to flex and move there for activating the smaller muscles to be able to help under heavy loads.
It's for erector work... A main reason your dl is not the best. Your back is weak, not that your not strong but the movement needed to DL is weak for you.
Not trying to open up a can of worms here but there is more to PLn then just bench.
Most people do them standing in more of a still leg DL...
Some do well on high test low tren other are the exact opposite.
I do best (of the 2times iv tryed it) with low tren even lower test, but tren was higher then the test. Almost double. Last time I used tren giving it a trial run was 150prop with 250-350 tren ace... Didn't gain body weight but...
I never do weighted pull ups and keep them 10-12 keep em easy, at 240+ Easy is relative but 12 is not hard. Then ill do heavy pull downs anywhere from 6-10. With the high rep set of 20reps with a light weight to full range of motion, pump and feel set.
Other exercises to but since We are...
Pull-ups and pull downs might seem the same but the mechanics are different.
Pull-ups are the way to go. I do both but the pulldown's are at the end of my workout for a pump. Normally 15 to 20 reps on the pulldown's. I start with pull-ups doing an easy three sets of 10 to 12 to warm things up.
