    Good advice. Not much to add. Best thing for my shoulders is to avoid machines, and use a multi-grip Swiss bar or dumbbells for pressing. I’ve stopped using a pronated grip on a straight barbell and my shoulders are better for it.

    Celluvol is very good. But as you noted it has been unavailable for a while. I’m happy with High Volume. Every now and then I add an additional scoop (for a total of 3) which makes a dramatic difference.

    Finished the last of the dropper bottles yesterday, and started with the new dispenser this morning. 10 pumps to chest area after showering. Hardly any scent to the product, which is one advantage over the dropper. Also faster absorption. Experienced no chalky residue.
