Does taurine actually make u tired/sleepy? Everything I've read points to it being good preworkout but I found one article that claims it makes u tired and when combined with caffeine it actually blunts the effects of the caffeine. Is there any truth to this?
My whole philosophy is on increasing reps not weight. I know I post a lot about the similar topic but just curious on people's opinions on this preworkout.

150 DBs for 5 reps on flat. Previous best was 140s for 3 on incline but the ROM was much better today. Still weighing in at 210 can't seem to loose weight but strength is going up steadily
at ur own risk look up he youtuber boston loyd, he has a bunch of videos with his gf and she apparently tells girls how to do it properly and safely and not look like a man. But I agree with everyone else saying try it naturally first. It's a lot less complicated
yea I grabbed it from marks website. Just thought it would be nice to have god forbid an injury occurred as a rehab tool or add it in at the end of a workout here or there
